More Vinnie on Dime!!!!

Sorry guys...in my excitement, I misread the date as being 2005!!! I can only claim temporary insanity brought on by the thought of some live new Vinnie racks...

One question: the click track in Attack of...was it listened by the audience or was it just in the mixboard? I like the click is there, that way is even more enjoyable listen to the crazy changes Vinnie plays.
I love the sound: a little dirty, but big, and natural

Note: all BitTorrent, BitComet and BitLord users can't download from Dime for some reason - their trackers aren't recognised. You have to download Azureus ( http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/a...p.exe?download ) for your download to work. I wasted a lot of time by letting it run overnight, only to find the download didn't actually work (which is another reason why you should RYFS!).

I got a reply from Paul Siegel, he basically says that the full performance wasn't released because vinnie wouldnt let them...and he doubts it will ever be released

Does anyone know why Vinnie would not allow Hudson to release the other tunes? If there was a separate DVD available of Vinnie's entire MD 2000 performance, I think many people would have bought it.

I e-mailed hudson after i replied in this thread before asking for answers. I'll post what they say

Also.....HOLY CRAP, i just woke up and the files were downloaded and converted and i listened to palladium first cos its my favourite and he's frickin ballistic!!!!!! the beggining is not a solo, they start the tune off straight away, but vinnie may as well be soloing!

haha thanks for sharing this stuff, i don't see why he wouldnt want this released, he probably thought his playing was crap on the unreleased tunes......yeah right

oh theres a solo near the end of palladium! MAD!

The drums are way out there in the mix.....very very loud! its actually amazing cos you can hear a lot of the nuances

I use BitTorrent for all my downloading, LDGuy, and haven't had a single problem so far? Mind you, now I've said that, it'll probably go tits up....

No problem here neither.
It took a lot of time upload and download files the first time, converting files, etc... ( I lost my share ratio and I had to raise it uploading files (Weckl Band in Spain)...
But, once it started work fine, I have no problem

Question for Drummin 1: How was it recorded this Karizma audio files?
